The great advantage of this flat is the sea view from all sides... Awarded 3-star furnished tourist accommodation status, the flat is located on the 3rd and top floor (with lift) of a pretty, quiet, secure residence built right on the beach. As a partner of the Douarnenez Thalasso, you can take advantage of discounts on services. In December, come and admire the Christmas illuminations in Finistère. Thanks to its central location, Douarnenez is ideally situated for touring the whole department and taking advantage of the Christmas entertainment in Locronan, of course, but also in Landerneau, Pont Aven, the Château de Trévarez, Concarneau, Quimper, Audierne etc..... For your stay in the residence, you will find : - A heated swimming pool*, a private parking space in the secure underground garage, a code-locked bike room, washing machines and tumble dryers in the communal laundry room and a games room. - An enclosed, landscaped garden with direct access to the beach and coastal path (GR34) running along the coast and small coves to the marina. * The swimming pool is open from 1 May to 30 September (heated from 15 June to 15 September). In a completely pedestrian environment, you will find at the foot of the residence, classic restaurants, pizzerias and crêperie, pub, tennis courts, thalasso, surf spots and water sports clubs (hire and lessons for windsurfing, paddle, kit surf etc.). On foot, you can easily get to the Tréboul market*, the marina, and discover the many footpaths and places to visit in Douarnenez (Ile Tristan, the boat museum and the port museum with its buildings that can be visited afloat, the Sardine trail, the port of Rosmeur, the old quarters of historic Douarnenez, the Plomar'ch site with its experimental farm and Roman ruins .... Conveniently located 300 m from the residence, a public transport stop will also take you to the 3 ports or to the shopping centre (1.5 km away). In season, regular bus services will take you to a number of remarkable sites: the Pointe du Raz, Quimper, Audierne, the typical little village of Locronan, etc. *small daily market, large market on Wednesday and Saturday mornings (distance: 1.5 km)
