Le Pouldu is well known for its micro-climate, its three white sandy beaches, its local shops, its market and its many cultural and sporting events. Situated just 400m from the Grands Sables beach, this pretty, fully-renovated house lets you put your bags down and relax for the duration of your holiday. You can choose between a south-facing terrace to soak up the sun or a quiet, flower-filled north-facing terrace for those hot days. Le Pouldu is a holiday village belonging to the commune of Clohars Carnoët. You'll find all the local shops you need: grocery, bar, tobacconist, restaurant, pizzeria, crêperie, tourist office, surfing and sailing school, etc. Everything is a 5-minute walk away during the summer months, and a 5-minute drive to the neighbouring village the rest of the year. House sleeps 4 (ideal for a couple with two children): 2 bedrooms, 1 bed 140, 2 beds 90 , shower room, separate WC, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, TV, WIFI internet, two terraces, private parking, garden furniture, barbecue. Options available: * Bed made up on arrival: €12 for a 140x200 bed and €8 for an 80x200 bed. * Bathroom linen: €7.50 per person * Cleaning package: €50 Don't pack your bags! Easy access via the N165 motorway, Quimperlé exit, then follow signs for Le Pouldu / Clohars-Carnoët. Approximately 15 minutes from Quimperlé station. Once in Le Pouldu, follow the signs for the beaches. The hamlet of Grands Sables is close to the beach. The accommodation is at number 18, in a quiet location. Parking is available close to the property.
