Residence le Belvédère Beautiful apartment T3 (2 bedrooms) of 55 m2 with exceptional view of the ocean and the mouth of the Laïta river + solarium terrace of 26 m2 - furnished tourist accommodation classified *** (January 2019) Located on the 3rd and last floor (no lift) of a luxury residence ... south / west orientation ... absolute tranquility ... near beaches, shops and entertainment ... Closed garage for the car ... free wifi (4G airbox). We do not accept animals and want this non-smoking apartment. Weekly stays go from Saturday (4 p.m.) to the following Saturday (10 a.m.). The prices are indicated all charges included. Only the tourist tax (1,10 € by night and by adult) is to be added. Optional rental of sheets: 30 € by bed and by stay. Optional towel rental: € 5 by person. End of stay cleaning by us (optional): 60 €. We would like a weekly rental. For "long-term" stays in low season, tarif adjustment. First contact by internet. The calendar is normally up to date but we invite you to consult us to confirm availability.
