Located 2kms from the village, 4kms from Pont l'Abbé, 2kms from the beaches, you will enjoy the coastal paths close to the house. Les Camélias are equipped to accommodate up to 3 people. The house is independent on a garden of 850 m², trees and fenced. _On the ground floor : _ - Fully equipped and fitted independent kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, extractor, complete cookware, sufficient crockery, etc.) - Living room, TV, stereo, WIFI internet access, access to foreign channels, fireplace, - Cupboard / wardrobe with vacuum cleaner. _Upstairs : _ - Bedroom 1, 1 bed 160, cupboard, wardrobe, double glazing, electric shutter - Bedroom 2: 1 single bed, cupboard, double glazing, electric shutter - Shower room with wc, cupboards. Sheets and towels are provided, beds are made on arrival, Baby equipment on request (cot and high chair). _In the dependency: _ - Washing machine and dryer available, - Extra freezer and fridge for your seafood! _The exteriors: _ Private enclosed garden, private car park, garden furniture, barbecue, parasol, deck chair, deck chair.
