The living area is particularly pleasant, with a lovely terrace overlooking the woods and marshes. All sporting activities (football, tennis, golf, pony club) are 600m away, accessible by cycle path from the gîte. Water sports and children's beach club Varafrogs less than 1 km away. Gîte situated in the heart of the walks between the Dives and Orne marshes and the Côte Fleurie. The Merville Franceville battery is directly accessible via the path adjoining the farmhouse. Caen, Ouistreham and the D-Day landing beaches (Pegasus Bridge) are 20 minutes away. A basket of vegetables grown on site using natural methods (no fertilisers or pesticides) awaits you as a welcome gift.
