Description

Dom and Marie are delighted to welcome you to the Roses district of Les Sables d'Olonne. Stay in this pleasant holiday home in a quiet area close to all amenities. You'll have easy access to the Tanchet and Presidents beaches, the Tanchet lake with its Thalasso, the Roses park and the shops, which are just 400m away. Ideal for family holidays, this house comprises a living room with lounge and kitchen area, a bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed, a bedroom with 2 x 90cm bunk beds and a 90cm trundle bed, and a shower room with separate toilet. There is a courtyard where you can enjoy meals and rest, as well as a SPA with 6 massage stations (Caldera - Marino). Dishwasher, washing machine and cleaning products are provided, as well as bed linen (beds made on arrival), duvets and towels.
