The house can accommodate 4 people and has 2 bedrooms, one with a 160cm bed and a dressing room and a second bedroom with 2 90x200cm beds and a dressing room (bed linen and towels provided, beds made on arrival), a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a shower room with walk-in shower, a separate WC, a storeroom (storage space, washing machine and tumble dryer), a terrace with furniture (table, barbecue, deckchairs, garden furniture, etc.), a garden shed, a garage, a cellar and a parking space.), a garden shed, a semi-enclosed garden and ample private parking. The house is around 1.5 km from the shops and restaurants in Plounéour and Brignogan-Plage. Its location is ideal for visiting the region, which is rich in cultural heritage, and for discovering the Finistère coastline, with numerous walks along the GR34 or in the surrounding area: - Plounéour-Brignogan-Plage: its superb white sandy beaches, the magnificent, wild coastline, the sometimes surprisingly shaped rocks, the Pontusval lighthouse, the semaphore, the seaside resort of Brignogan, Goulven Bay (Natura 2000 site). -Kerlouan (5 km): the fishing village of Ménéham, its beautiful white sandy beaches and rocky coastline, Goulven (2 km): its village, its authentic and wild bay with its crystal-clear waters and its bird sanctuary, a Natura 2000 protected natural site, -Tréflez (3 km): the dunes of kéremma, - Plouescat (10 km): beaches, covered market, casino, - Cléder (20 km approx.): the Kerfissien beaches, the Amiets beach, - Roscoff (30 km from the house): the old port with its many shops, the botanical garden, its bars and restaurants, its thalassotherapy centre and the island of Batz (take the boat from the port of Roscoff and sail to the island of Batz for around 15-20 minutes), -Lilia-Plouguerneau (20 km): beautiful beaches, wild coastline, the lighthouse on Île Wrac'h (accessible at low tide) and the lighthouse on Île Vierge (the highest stone lighthouse in the world). Water sports equipment can be hired from a shop located around 500 metres from the house (open in July and August, "La fille de la Côte") or from the local water sports centres (hire and lessons).
