Located on the 1st floor of a private residence, this studio apartment is 150 m on foot from Saint Gilles town centre and 300 m from the Grande Plage. The living room opens onto a south-facing balcony overlooking the Jaunay. The kitchen is very well equipped. The studio is optimally laid out: 1 top-of-the-range foldaway double bed, which folds down to create a small relaxation area. A 'top-of-the-range' foldaway single bed in the entrance hall is available if you have a young child. Shower room with wc. There is a parking space and a private room in the basement for storing bicycles and beach equipment. Beds will be made before your arrival, towels are provided and cleaning on departure is included.
