On the ground floor, you'll find a cosy living room with flat-screen TV, fibre-optic internet access, an ultra-comfortable "FLETCHER" sofa bed for regular use with 1 solid, quick-to-fit mechanism (14 cm thick 140/190 memory foam mattress), 1 armchair + 1 footstool, 2 nesting coffee tables, a wardrobe and a separate toilet with washbasin. In the souplex, a new fully-equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, combined fridge/freezer, electric coffee machine, Tassimo pod coffee machine, toaster, kettle and a table and 4 chairs for meals. Upstairs is a bedroom with a 140x190cm bed (box spring with 24cm thick "EVE" mattress with its balanced support (firm base + soft support, ideal for your back), a dressing room and a shower room with walk-in shower, washing machine and towel warmer. The house has no private outdoor space, but the immediate proximity of the ocean is enough to let you enjoy the sea air at any time. As your comfort is our priority, we provide heating, broadband fibre connection, towels, bed linen, bath mats, tea towels, hand towels and cleaning products for all bookings at no extra charge. Beds are made up so that you can enjoy your stay as soon as you arrive. Baby facilities: cot, bed linen, high chair, safety gate and more on request. The accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The Passage area is accessible by car all year round, except in July and August from 1.30pm to 4pm and from 8pm to midnight, and on certain special days. We suggest that you arrive at the house from 1.00 pm at no extra charge, a real bonus that allows you to enjoy your holiday and the beach once you've put your bags down. Several car parks are available: - the La Sablière park-and-ride site, less than 12 minutes' walk away, is available free of charge for your parking. A free "Les Marinettes" shuttle bus will drop you off 30 m from the house at the fishing port, unless you prefer a nice walk along Port Olona and the fishing port. The tramouette is also free all year round for getting around the town centre. - 50 m from the house is the passeur (boat that links the port and the Chaume district), which allows you to discover this district. You can also park your car in the free car park at the end of the street on the other side of the channel. - Parking is possible in the street and in a car park 150 m from the house, but subject to regulations (free from 12 noon to 3pm and from 6pm every day of the year except July and August). - Les Atlantes car park (guarded, covered and paying) 150 m from the house.
