This 8-person house is located in a peaceful countryside setting, 15 km from Quimper town centre, 2 km from Locronan (2nd most beautiful village in France in 2014), only 8 km from the beaches and 12 km from the port of Douarnenez. GR34 nearby. Nearby attractions include the Crozon peninsula, the Pointe du Raz and Concarneau. (Gîte classified 3 stars) House for 8 people: brand new, spacious and comfortable. Ground floor: fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, combi-freezer, oven and microwave...) living room with TV, stereo, WIFI internet access. Bathroom with double washbasin and walk-in shower. Separate WC. First floor: 4 bedrooms, 2 of which have a study: 2 double beds (160cm), 1 double bed (140cm), 2 single beds (90cm) and 1 cot, plus 1 cot available. 2nd floor: mezzanine with relaxation area, TV, sofa, reading area, children's games. Facilities and services: TV, Internet access. Washing machine, tumble dryer, baby equipment on request, towels and sheets provided.
