Description
Rental surrounded by vineyards in the south of the Ardèche with swimming pool for 12 people. The rental is located on the first floor of an old stone farmhouse. You have a large terrace with garden furniture, an equipped kitchen, an independent living room, a bedroom with a 140cm bed and 2 bunk beds 90cm, a bathroom with shower, spa bath and wc, an independent wc. On the upper level there are 3 bedrooms: one with a 140cm bed and a cot, one with 2 90cm beds and one with a 140cm bed and shower room with shower and wc, an additional shower room and a separate wc. A large complete swimming pool is good with a view of nature. You also have a ping pong table available.
Home
The owners will welcome you on site from 5pm. Departure is until 5pm for weekend or short-stay stays, and until 10am on Saturdays for week-long stays in summer.
