Superb 37 m² flat, on the 2nd floor with lift, with direct access to the beach (no road to cross). It is equipped with all mod cons and has just been refurbished. Living room with kitchen area (new fridge-freezer, new dishwasher), bedroom with 1 double bed, shower room (shower, washbasin, WC, washing machine). The bay window opens onto the 9 m² terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers. When you arrive, your bed is made, at no extra charge, and a small welcome gift awaits you. A private, locked parking space (remote control) is reserved for you. Storage for windsurfing boards and bicycles. We love to welcome. We can help you prepare your walks to discover the heritage and landscapes of the surrounding area or the region. Non-smoking rental Pets are not allowed, even occasionally. Failure to comply with this clause will result in cancellation of the reservation 500 m away: shops, chemist, doctors, tourist office, etc.
