This pretty, fully-equipped wooden house will surprise you with its sea view and privileged location right next to the Port of Doëlan - a real picture-postcard landscape! Take advantage of your stay in this beautiful region to visit the national forest of Clohars Carnoët, the painters' town of Pont-Aven, the famous walled town of Concarneau and, of course, the many rias in the Quimperlé area. Water sports activities nearby. Coves and sandy/rocky beaches. Lorient and Quimper within easy reach by bus or car. Detached house for 6 people: Ground floor: 2 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed (140cm) (+ 1 single bed (90cm) on the mezzanine in one of the bedrooms), separate WC, shower room. First floor: fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, freezer, oven, microwave, etc.), living room, one bedroom with a double bed (160cm) communicating with a private bathroom. Facilities and services: TV, WIFI Internet, washing machine, dishwasher. Outside: terrace with garden furniture, enclosed garden and private parking. If pets are present, particular attention must be paid to scratches (door sills, etc.) and other damage that may be caused in the house and its surroundings. The tenant is fully RESPONSIBLE.
