This large, tastefully decorated house is ideally located in the small, picturesque town of Roscoff. Nearby are the quays of Roscoff harbour, the pier for the Ile de Batz and a host of other activities, including the arrival of fishing boats and a visit to the fish market, an exotic garden, sandy beaches and fishing on foot.... Semi-detached house (not overlooked) for up to 9 people: Ground floor: fitted kitchen (dishwasher, combined freezer and oven, microwave, etc.), living room, 1 bedroom with 160cm bed and en-suite shower room. 1 separate WC. First floor: 1 bedroom with 160cm bed, 1 bedroom with 140cm bed and 1 bedroom with 3 90cm beds. 1 shower room, 1 separate WC. Facilities and services: TV, WIFI Internet, washing machine, tumble dryer, cot and equipment, bed linen provided and beds made up, bathroom linen hire available. Outside: large enclosed terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, room with 2 adult bicycles available. Prices per week 1345 €: 05 July to 23 August 1045 €: 21 June to 05 July and 23 August to 30 August 945€: Christmas and Easter holidays 995 € : May June and September - All Saints' Day holidays 895 €: Low season Short stays possible (3 nights minimum), subject to availability and on request.
