You will find : Ground floor: - a large living room with lounge -TV area, dining area and fitted kitchen - an independent WC 1st floor - 2 independent bedrooms (140 cm beds) - a bathroom with WC On the 2nd floor, - a mezzanine bedroom, under the roof, with 3 beds of 90 cm - a bathroom with WC Outside, you can enjoy an interior courtyard with garden furniture and barbecue Annex and independent studio accessible by the interior courtyard: - Relaxation area - game (convertible sofa) - laundry room with private washing machine and WC - upstairs, a mezzanine bedroom, under the roof, with 2 beds of 90 cm The accommodation has a parking space, closed by a gate a few hundred meters from the rental Possible weekend rental: - 500 € from April to June and from September to December - 600 € from the end of June to mid-July and from the end of August to mid-September Weekly rental: - low season (October to end of March): 550 €. - medium season (April to June, September-October): € 650 - high season (July August and end of December): € 930
