Whether you prefer walking, jogging or cycling, the towpath is the perfect way to explore the area. The walk to Dinan Port takes around 25 minutes on foot. Access and Layout of Quai du Val Quai du Val is a comfortable two-storey holiday home designed to provide easy access to both indoor and outdoor living spaces. Arrival and Access Guests arrive at the front of the property through double gates leading onto a private driveway, with parking space for two standard-sized cars. The main entrance to the house is located at the rear of the property, accessed via a small gate at the top of the driveway. Entry is simple and convenient using a secure key-box system, allowing flexible arrival for guests. Once inside, there is also a second access door from the dining room/conservatory directly onto the driveway, making it easy to unload luggage or shopping. In addition, French doors from the lounge open onto the front terrace, providing another convenient way to access the outdoor space after you have settled in. Ground Floor The entrance opens into a bright open-plan living space which includes the fully equipped kitchen, breakfast area and lounge.
