Pleasant little cozy nest - 3 keys - Louise's gîte is appreciated by couples wishing to find calm and authenticity in a rich cultural and historical environment. Pontrieux, city of character with among others, its laundries at 8 kms. Access to all the tourist sites by expressway on the coasts 30 minutes from the village: Paimpol, Ile de Bréhat, Côte de Granit Rose, Tréguier, Perros-Guirec… Roscoff, Ile de Batz, Morlaix, Brest; and 45 minutes from the Valley of the Saints in Carnoët. La petite maison is a duplex studio full of charm and refurbished! Put down your suitcases: ground floor living room, equipped and functional kitchen, separate toilet with washbasin. Upstairs a bright and warm bedroom with its parquet floor, slightly sloping on one side, adjoined to its bathroom with walk-in shower. Small animals accepted after agreement. - New next door: Gîte des Fontaines, adjoining 4 people, which offers the possibility of gathering as a family for a few days and keeping your home in the small gîte. A list of the many hobbies, visits and favorites are available inside the Gîte. Possibility of stay 5 nights. Holiday vouchers are accepted. Monthly rental possible out of season (business trips, telecommuting). Heating not included. Pleased to welcome you !
