The Montpellier hinterland (30 minutes north of the city) is a true haven of wild nature, exceptionally preserved, bordered by the Pic Saint Loup to the south, the Hérault river to the west, the Hortus massif to the east and the Cévennes to the north. You will appreciate the charm of the old stone, while having access to all modern comforts. The monumental period fireplace, fully functional, will enhance your autumn and winter evenings. The thickness of the walls and the air conditioning will keep you cool in the hottest part of summer. This natural adaptation to the four seasons of the old building, combined with high-performance insulation and latest-generation equipment, makes the gîte a real climatic refuge. Location in the heart of a pedestrian village, with no outside (but the surrounding wild scrub will be your boundless garden! The mythical cliffs of Pic Saint Loup are only 5 minutes away, the Herault and its canoe descents 15 minutes, the sailing center of the Pic 5 minutes). The cottage is left clean by you, unless you opt for the €40 cleaning fee - to be specified at the beginning of the rental. You are autonomous on departure and on arrival, access to the cottage is through a coded lock. An in-person welcome is also possible if you prefer. Amenities: Parking, free of charge, is outside the pedestrian area, provide a little walk to bring your suitcases (about 100m). The cottage is a one-minute walk from the village restaurant, which offers a menu with an unbeatable value for money. The nearest shops (bakery bakery, butcher, supermarket) are 10 minutes away by car (also served by bus, up to 10 times a day on weekdays, and 4 times on Sundays and holidays).

Your arrival is completely autonomous, at any time (from 3pm), thanks to a code lock. Your personalised access code will be given to you the day before your arrival. A personal welcome is also available on request (subject to availability).
