The "Ty Coat" gîte has been completely renovated with the charm of wood and stone. It is located in a quiet area, 15 minutes from the beaches and Brest and 2 km from the shops. The market is held every Saturday morning in the small town of character of Saint-Renan. For leisure activities, the Océanopolis aquarium and the "La Récré des 3 Curés" theme park are less than 30 minutes away by car. Detached house for 4 people : Ground floor: fitted kitchen (combined freezer, oven, hob, pyrolysis oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc.), living room, shower room with WC. Bedroom with 1 double bed (160cm). First floor: bedroom with 2 80cm beds. Facilities and services: TV, WIFI Internet, wood-burning stove, washing machine, bed linen provided and beds made on arrival. Outside: enclosed terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, private parking.
