Located in front of the Chausey Islands, this family seaside resort is ideal for a family holiday. A few minutes from Granville, there is a wild and preserved coastal area waiting for you. Séverine offers you its nice (58m2) tastefully restored holiday rental in a quiet street, close to the beach (400m) as well as the training ground of the 9-hole golf course. On the ground floor, a large living room with a fireplace, a TV, a small fitted kitchen (induction plates, microwave grill, washing machine. . . ) completed by a pantry / laundry room (lave-linge), a room composed of a bed of 140 and a dressing room, a bathroom and finally independent toilets. On the first floor, a large mezzanine with 2 beds of 90, a dresser and storage. A BZ bench with an extra bed for 2 people is also available In summer we spend a lot of time outdoors: the large plot of 2800m2, the large terrace of 34m2 in front of the house with its banne blind, garden lounge and barbecue, the deckchairs on the lawn, the hammock under the pine trees certainly offer conviviality and relaxation. The bikes at your disposal for the whole family (baby seat) will allow you to wander the many paths and enjoy the joys of the beach in a few minutes. Bed linen and towels are provided, the beds are made on your arrival. A basket of wood is offered to you upon your arrival during the winter season. Electricity, cleaning service (70€) and tourist tax in supplement. Wifi available.
