The gite consists of a detached house that sleeps between 6 and 15 people. On the ground floor, a disabled access ramp leads to a bedroom and shower room suitable for people with reduced mobility. The La Source gite has a semi-professional kitchen, a dining room with a monks' table and a large living room with a fireplace. Upstairs, a maximum of 14 or 15 beds (7 bedrooms) are available, arranged in islands, each with its own bathroom and WC. The village has a bakery, café and grocery shop just 300m away. Walks and the forest are nearby, and downhill and cross-country ski slopes await you in winter. Dogs are welcome on request and with the written agreement of the owner, subject to a charge of €30 (additional cleaning caused by the hair of our friends). Rental periods begin at 4.00 p.m. on the day of arrival and end at 11.00 a.m. on the day of departure. By this time, the accommodation must be fully vacated and the obligatory inventory of fixtures completed. Arrivals are possible until 8 pm and departures from 8 am. After 8pm, the concierge may charge a supplement directly. Arrival and departure are arranged with Alex-Services / Flo-Nett , who will hand over the keys and inspect the property with you. On the day of departure, an inventory of fixtures is carried out to ensure that there is no visible damage. A second complete inventory is carried out after the tenants have left. Please allow sufficient time for this before 11am. Alex-Services / Flo-Nett on will collect deposits for direct rentals (by cheque) and any linen packages for 15 euros / person (cash).
