Description
"NO B'ELVI", located just 500m from the centre of l'Epine, a village on the Ile de Noirmoutier characterised by its salt marshes, its beaches and its forest: the Bois des Eloux, this holiday home will let you discover a wilder side of the island. Behind a sliding gate, you can easily park two cars. The house comprises a living room divided between a lounge and a sitting area, a separate kitchen (the shelving dates from 2020), two bedrooms with a double bed (140x190), a bedroom with two single beds (90x200), a shower room (the shower was redone in spring 2022) and a separate toilet. There is a wood-burning stove in the living room for enjoying the winter evenings. Outside, the rosemary- and laurel-lined terrace opens onto a pleasant, sunny, enclosed garden. From the rental property, take the Rue de l'Océan to the beach of the same name, around 850m away, or take a stroll along the Plage de la Martinière. On your way back from the beach, you'll appreciate the outdoor shower to rinse off the wetsuits of sports enthusiasts or remove the salt and sand from golden skin. When the tides are high, don't forget to bring your basket for a fishing trip!
