It has a heated above-ground swimming pool, a real summer asset, and is accessible from 15 June to 15 September for private use, as is the garden. This contemporary-style former garage has been transformed by a local architect into a charming little holiday home, perfect for 2 people. Tastefully decorated, the living area is comfortable and pleasant in all seasons. The separate bedroom has a large double bed and the fully-equipped kitchen offers everything you need - and more - for an independent stay. The property is fully fenced and has private access for parking just one vehicle. Saint Hilaire town centre, market and shops are just 7 km away.
