Stay in this ideally located holiday home in the heart of Noirmoutier en l'île! Just 700m from the town centre with its shops and market, and 300m from the nearest supermarket and bike hire shops. You'll have quick access to all amenities. Discover the wealth of this area, with the Château de Noirmoutier just a stone's throw from the house, the Bois de la Chaise and its magnificent beaches around 1.5km away. The Sableaux beach, which is supervised in summer, is ideal for children, and the Dames beach, with its picture-postcard scenery and cabins, is one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. This house, at the end of a cul-de-sac, comprises a ground-floor living room with open-plan kitchen, a bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed, an en suite bathroom and a second bedroom with 1 x 120cm bed and a 160cm BZ. Upstairs, a bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm) and a shower room with toilet. A small mezzanine with a 90/200 bed. At the rear of the house, you will find a large terrace and a garden planted with trees. 2 parking spaces are available. A little haven of peace close to the town centre and the beaches! Access to a charging point for your electric car: a 10-minute walk away (Place Pré aux Ducs in Noirmoutier).
