The chalet "Les Clarines" enjoys a 180° panoramic view of the village of Le Mont-Dore, the mountain and the great waterfall. Rated 4 stars by Thermauvergne standards, the chalet is ideally placed for winter sports, spa treatments, hiking or any mountain activity in summer or winter. Located 600 meters from the town center, 800 meters from the Le Mont-Dore thermal baths and 1 to 4km from the various ski areas, places of interest and entertainment. Living space of 100m2 with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs. Access to the chalet is at ground level, with no steps up from the hamlet's driveway. A second terrace of 25m2 is also accessible via a staircase. Two adjoining parking spaces. Ground floor: Entrance hall with ski rack, opening onto an open-plan living room with open-plan kitchen, dining room and lounge (including wood-burning stove), opening onto an east/south-facing terrace. A separate bedroom (bed 140) with private shower room and WC/hand-washer. + Laundry room (with washing machine + tumble dryer) First floor: 3 bedrooms, the largest of which is 14m2 (bed 140) with French windows opening onto a private terrace. In this room, a baby bed (standard cot) + high chair, potty, baby bath and changing mat are available. A second bedroom also has a 140cm bed. A third bedroom with 3 single beds (90cm) on the floor (2 of which can form a 180cm bed). + A bathroom (bathtub / double washbasin) and WC. There's also a storage room for equipment or a bike/scooter with outside access. The chalet is equipped with every comfort. Less than 3km away, you can also enjoy swimming and comfortable thermal baths at the BOURBOULE aqua-ludic center, Lac Chambon or Tour d'Auvergne.
