Throughout the summer, Chanac comes alive with its weekly markets (Thursday and Sunday) and its many festivities. Off you go for a walk, a superb hike in the mountains or along the river... A few kilometres away, you can head off to the Aubrac plateau to sample a good Aligot in a buron and meet Aubrac cows and bulls.
