A few kilometers from Dol-de-Bretagne, 10km from the sea and the Bay of Mont Saint Michel, around thirty kilometers from must-see sites such as Saint Malo, dina, Cancale, Dinard ... this completely refurbished gîte is located in the heart and quiet of the countryside of the town of Baguer-Pican on the site of an old farm. You can come to rest there or to discover the number of natural and heritage sites unmissable in the area! You will have the opportunity during your stay to cook and taste our fresh and seasonal vegetables, grown in the fields of our vegetable farm or even go fishing in our private pond a few kilometers away! The gîte is located on the first floor of a house with a second gîte on the ground floor, with separate entrance. You will find : - a large living room with a lounge area, TV and WiFi internet access, a dining area and a new open fitted kitchen - a bathroom with walk-in shower - independent toilets - a 1st independent bedroom with wardrobe and 160cm bed Upstairs - a 2nd independent bedroom (140cm bed) - a 3rd independent bedroom (140cm bed) Outside, you will enjoy the large balcony with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue at your disposal.
