A few kilometers from Dol-de-Bretagne and 10km from the Bay of Mont Saint Michel, this completely refurbished cottage "Monalisa" is located in the heart and quiet of the countryside of the commune of Baguer-Pican. Ideally located both to rest and to explore the number of natural and heritage sites that cannot be ignored in the area (Saint Malo, Dinard, Dinan, Combourg ...) During your stay, you can also cook and taste our seasonal vegetables grown in our surrounding fields or go fishing in our private pond a few kilometers away! The gîte is located on the ground floor of a house with a second gîte upstairs, with separate entrance. On one level and accessible to people with reduced mobility, you will find : - a living room with a lounge area, TV and WiFi internet access, a dining area and a new open fitted kitchen - a bathroom with accessible walk-in shower and WC - a separate bedroom with wardrobe and 160cm bed - a second independent bedroom with 2 beds of 90cm and chest of drawers Outside, you will enjoy the terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue at your disposal.
