Description

New studio with independent entrance above a private house, not overlooked with a beautiful open view. Ideally located 200 meters from one of the 11 beaches of Saint Jacut (La Manchette) and 200 meters from the shops. For your comfort, this studio is equipped with a sleeping area (bed for 2 people 140/190cm), a lounge area with armchairs and TV, and an equipped kitchen area (Dolce Gusto coffee machine but possibility of a coffee maker classic on request) with chairs and table. Large openings not overlooked and a neat layout make this studio very pleasant for an excellent stay. Some additional information: Private parking. Very beautiful hikes with breathtaking panoramas along the coast and especially all along the GR34 or customs trail. Pleased to welcome you !

At the entrance to St Jacut, take the bd du Rougeret (street on the right) then take the 1st street on the right, rue de la manchette, towards the municipal campsite. After 30m, there is a white house flush with the road, turn right immediately at the corner of this house, take the tarmac driveway (Clevacances sign) and you will find the property's parking area.
