Discover this charming semi-detached house of 70 m² for 2-3 people in the heart of the Morvan Regional Natural Park. This vast massif is a green and biodiverse setting crisscrossed with hiking trails, to be explored on foot, by bike or on horseback. The GR 13 and the Grand Tour du Morvan pass within 100 meters of the domain. You will have an incredible view of the landscape and nature from the accommodation as well as access to a private closed parking in the courtyard and a vast ground with an educational garden. The entry is on the west side of the building, on the first floor, and leads to a large open kitchen area that also includes the dining room. All the necessary equipment will be at your disposal (kettle, toaster, coffee maker, fridge and microwave oven). The kitchen has a large French window that opens to the terrace with a view of the water point and the bamboo grove of the domain, which will make your summer evenings pleasant. On the first floor, just before the wooden stairs, you will find the independent toilet and the independent shower room with a hair dryer. Finally, on the second floor, the house offers a pretty mezzanine in a wooded decor that serves as a living room. Here you can relax, read or simply admire the view. The living room can also be used as a second bedroom with a sofa bed. The wifi connection is available in the whole house. The last room of this house, guarded by a turret, is a large and luminous bedroom with a king size bed and a desk that blends into the decor. The room opens onto a discreet alcove with a 90 cm bed. Thus, the house can accommodate up to 5 people. The owners also have a second apartment for 4 people, which allows you to come with your family or friends. A baby equipment will be at your disposal on request for more comfort. A few meters away from the Gîte Ouest, there is a campsite, giving you access to a swimming area, tennis courts (paying by the hour), basketball and petanque courts, a ping-pong table and a playground for children. Your hosts will be available to answer your needs and requests but will remain discreet. You can also ask for the bed linen option at a rate of 10€ per bed and per stay. Cleaning is included in the rental price. Animals are accepted under conditions.

We will welcome you on the day of your arrival to show you around the gîte, give you the keys and give you information on how the place works. We can answer any questions you may have about the village of Anost and the cultural activities available during your stay (tourist brochures are available in the gîte, as well as a map of the area around the gîte). The rest of the time, we can be reached by telephone and we live in the Petite Maison at the entrance to the property.
