Stay in this typical fisherman's cottage, ideally located in the village of l'Épine. The shops are on site and Saint Jean beach is just 800m away. At the end of a secure lane, and set in enclosed grounds of around 500m², this holiday home comprises a living room with open-plan kitchen and lounge, a shower room and separate toilet, a bedroom with 1 double bed (160cm) and a bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm). The garden is ideal for relaxing, and the terrace with garden furniture means that you can enjoy meals outside in fine weather. A second house can be rented nearby for larger families, bringing the capacity to 15 people. One pet (dog or cat) accepted under certain conditions, subject to the owners' agreement, to be specified at the time of booking.
