This single-storey house is ideally located just a stone's throw from Loctudy's marina and fishing port, close to the shops and less than 1km from a large sandy beach. There are many places to discover in the Pays Bigouden. Take a stroll along the harbour at Guilvinec, known as France's 1st artisanal fishing port, or admire the 360° panorama offered by the Eckmühl lighthouse at Penmarch. And for surfing fans, the legendary spot of La Torche is a must!
