Description

In the north-west corner of Lot-et-Garonne, just next to the Périgord region, the Beauséjour guesthouse welcomes you for a wonderful holiday with family or friends. Everything has been made ready for you to enjoy a change of scenery and a relaxing stay. A beautiful view of the surrounding countryside, a restful setting and leisure activities on site for all the family. The owners’ house is nearby but privacy is maintained. In a slow tourism style both contemplative travellers and sports enthusiasts can discover the region and its wealth of activities in a preserved, natural environment. Vast single storey house. On the ground floor: large living room (rest area with table football) with fitted open kitchen. Billiards room. Lounge with insert fireplace, TV, DVD player, Hi-Fi equipment. 3 independent rooms (one room with a queen-size + 1 single bed and 2 rooms each with a queen-size bed). 2 shower rooms (1 with WC). 1 independent WC. Upstairs: mezzanine with a single bed, children’s games. One room with a double and a parental suite with a queen-size bed and private shower room and WC. All bedding is new with shape-memory pillows. Air-conditioning. Cot available. Housecleaning on request. Bed linen, towelling and household linen provided. Floor heating. Private garden. 25 m² covered terrace, with garden furniture. 9m x 4m enclosed, outdoor swimming pool with alarm. Pool house with WC, bar, fridge, barbecue. We've got everything you need for a relaxing break. Beautiful views over the countryside, a peaceful setting and on-site leisure activities to delight young and old alike: unusual swimming pool, barbecue, billiards table, boules pitch, table football... In slow tourism mode, contemplative or sporty types can set off to discover the area, which offers a wide range of activities in a preserved environment.
