This chalet of 40m² completely renovated consists of: - a living room of about 20m² with lounge area, dining area and fitted kitchen - an independent double bedroom of 5m² with 140 cm bed - a 2nd independent bedroom of 5m² with 3 single beds (80cm) including 1 in height - a bathroom - independent toilets _Sheets and towels are provided and included in the price of the stay_ Outside, you will enjoy the wooden terrace and the fully enclosed landscaped mineral garden with dining table, garden furniture and barbecue at your disposal. _"Sport and Spa" option_ We provide our tenants, in an independent room, accessible via our garden, a jacuzzi-spa, sports equipment (treadmill, punching bag, elliptical trainer ...) and an installation with Hi-Fi system -Fi and speakers Treat yourself to 30€/ adult and per stay - Unlimited access 15€/child until 12 years old
