Its 170 m² can accommodate 8 people. The terrace, facing south, is accessible from the living room. It is equipped with a parasol and garden furniture for 8 people. The covered swimming pool measures 10*5 m and has a flat bottom. It is a shared space with sunbeds, armchairs and small garden furniture. Outside parking space reserved for the gîte. Composition of the ground floor - Living room : open kitchen fully equipped for 8 people (5 burner gas cooker, oven, fridge, dishwasher, crockery, cooking utensils, mink casserole, pressure cooker, raclette machine). - Living room: 3 sofas, television with live-box and internet access, DVD player, board games.
