The location of this spacious, well-equipped studio is an ideal starting point for a successful holiday, just 5 minutes' walk from the Cap-Coz beach, coastal paths and local shops. Come and stay on the Breton Riviera, which has some wonderful surprises in store for you with its protected natural sites, such as the Glénan Archipelago for a real picture-postcard setting! Studio for 4 people on the ground floor of a house: Ground floor: fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, combi-freezer, oven and microwave), living room with sofa bed for 2 people, sleeping area with 1 double bed and wall-mounted TV. Shower room and separate WC. Facilities and services: TV, WIFI internet access, washing machine. Bed linen and towels provided, beds made on arrival. Cot and baby equipment available on request. Outside : Terrace and private garden area with garden furniture and parking. EXTRA CHARGES Visitor's tax: 0.94€/day/adult Cleaning option: €60/week or €15/night for short stays
