Beautifully appointed 60m² flat on the 4th floor (with lift) of a secure residence, facing the port and close to the beach, town centre and Nausicaà (Europe's largest aquarium). South-facing and therefore particularly bright, it comprises an entrance hall, a fully-equipped kitchen, a living room, a lounge with a BZ sofa bed (160cm), a bedroom (with 1 double bed (160cm) and 1 single bed (90cm)), a shower room and a separate toilet. Outside: Balcony with garden furniture and panoramic view...to discover... ! Private parking space close to the accommodation (at an additional cost) and paid parking available around the residence. Baby equipment available: cot, high chair, bathtub. Beds made on arrival (sheets and towels provided). Utilities included. Wifi free of charge. Cleaning charge: €30.00. Deposit required. Tourist tax not included.
