In a very quiet private residence, this 98m2 two-storey house (3 bedrooms, 1 shower room and 1 bathroom, 3 WCs) has a small private garden and a shed for miscellaneous storage, a terrace sheltered from the wind, barbecue, sun loungers etc. It is located close to a supermarket and the many shops in the town centre (bakeries, butchers, fishmongers, etc.) with its well-known weekly Saturday market. Penvénan has a doctor's surgery, a nurse's surgery, physiotherapists and a pharmacy. Two banks are at your service. There's also a fine sports hall where you can take out your own membership. A small outdoor car park is available 20 metres away if required. - Beaches: 4 km away, you'll find Port Blanc with its renowned sailing school and, 6 km away, the beautiful fine sandy beach of Trestel (blue flag), not to mention the many other beaches and creeks in the area where you can go fishing on foot. - To discover: You're on the magnificent Gorse Coast, and not far from the famous pink granite coast with its seaside resort of Perros Guirec, its 7 islands and its gannets, Ploumanac'h (voted favourite village of the French), Pleumeur Bodou and its telecommunications radome then Bréhat (the island of flowers), Tréguier (a small town with character and its half-timbered houses, its Gothic cathedral and its cloister), as well as Paimpol, the city of the Icelanders and its museum. In a slightly wider radius, you'll be able to make quick work of Brittany's tourist attractions: St Malo (city of privateers), Cap Fréhel, the curious Abers in Finistère and its typical parish enclosures, the Pointe du Raz, Brest and its Océanopolis aquarium, and the embarkations for the islands of Molène and Ouessant.
