The advantages of the accommodation
Description
This charming flat on the 3rd floor of a residence with lift is ideal for a stay in La Baule. In summer or winter, you'll love the sea view. This 63 m2 T3 apartment is located close to the shops (avenue Lajarrige). It was completely and carefully renovated in 2021. It offers a range of attractive features. It has 2 sleeping areas with quality bedding (160cm beds): one bedroom with private shower room overlooking the residence's garden (possibility of separating the 2 0.80cm beds) and the other in the lounge area overlooking the balcony facing the sea. If you wish, beds can be made up on arrival. The open, fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, etc.) opens onto the living area. The 2 WCs are separate from the bathroom. 1 cot and a high chair are also available, as well as all the comforts of the beach: sun loungers and parasol. For your convenience, we provide an internet connection. You can park your car in the private underground car park in the residence. The rental is not accessible or adapted for PRMs. NB: Water and electricity are extra: €40 per week. Cleaning at the end of your stay: €80. Sheets and household linen can be hired on request.
