Hello and welcome to Les Vagabonds du Mont Welcome to Chichilianne, a small village in the Trièves at the foot of Mont Aiguille. We welcome you to our five guest rooms and our gîte in the heart of the village. Whether you're a hiker, a sportsman or just want to enjoy nature, we're here to make sure you have a great time. Take a few minutes to browse our site and if you feel like discovering our beautiful Trièves region, don't hesitate to contact us: [l'échange de vos coordonnées n'est pas autorisée] We offer you five rooms in our property with an efficient Wifi network. Each room has its own private bathroom and toilet. As in a hotel, you are free to choose whether to stay alone or to share your experiences. You will have at your disposal a large vaulted room of 115m² equipped with comfortable sofas and a beautiful fireplace, perfect for warming up in the winter or enjoying the coolness during the summer. A large terrace in the shade of the chestnut trees and a solarium at the back of the house are also waiting for you so that you can plan your activities in our beautiful region, immerse yourself in a good book, have a quick drink or simply relax. We live in a second part of the house, but we'll be happy to answer any questions you may have. If you're feeling hungry after a hard day out in the fresh air, you can book our table d'hôtes. The entire menu - starter, main course and dessert - is home-made. Please let us know if you have any allergies or special dietary requirements! We can also prepare home-made picnics for you, consisting of a generous sandwich, a seasonal mixed salad, fruit and a drink. Continental breakfasts are as follows: - A hot drink, coffee, tea or hot chocolate - A glass of organic fruit juice - Plain yoghurt and butter from the Mont Aiguille dairy - Bread and brioche from our local baker, le fournil du vieux chêne - An assortment of local jams and honey - A basket of seasonal fruit In addition and on reservation, we also offer you : - Soft-boiled, fried or hard-boiled eggs - Plate of local cheeses - Plate of cured ham

The CERISE room: Located on the second floor, this is our last room. It is a little smaller than the others, and has its own shower and toilet on the lower landing. The rate for this room is naturally lower than for the other rooms. This room has two 80x200cm single beds and a large wardrobe. The room also has a state-of-the-art washbasin and bidet! You'll find liquid soap, bath products and a hairdryer. To complete the comfort of this room, you will have a kettle at your disposal as well as a courtesy tray with teas, herbal teas and coffee. The Vagabonds route We discovered Chichilianne in June 2020, where this big house was waiting for us. The Trièves is a land of eco-tourism, where energy saving, recycling and resource management are values applied on a daily basis. With this in mind, we decided to renovate our house using renewable energy (pellet-fired boiler), bio-sourced materials for the insulation of the roofs and walls, and second-hand furniture and decorative items. This house, whose charms had remained hidden for many years, needed a little imagination and a lot of elbow grease to come back to life. But it's all for nothing if you can't share it. So we look forward to seeing you and enjoying some good times by the fire or in the shade of the chestnut trees.
