This recently built, tastefully decorated house is just 650 m from the Prat beach in Santec and the local shops (bakery, mini-market, post office). For sightseeing, don't miss out on a walk in the Santec national forest, the Ile de Sieck or the GR 34 hiking trail close to the rental property. You can also visit the historical and cultural heritage of the Léon region, including Roscoff and its old port, Saint-Pol-de-Léon and the Ile de Batz and its botanical garden. A variety of water sports are available in the surrounding area, including surfing, sand yachting, paddling and kayaking. Single-storey house for 2 people: Ground floor: fully-equipped kitchen (combi/freezer, microwave, induction hob, oven, coffee maker, kettle), living room, sitting room. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160cm), large dressing room and en-suite shower room.
