Laetitia and Benjamin offer their contemporary house of 84 m2, ideally located in the small resort of Denneville (near Portbail and Barneville) -Carteret), 500 m from the beach (5 minutes walk) and shops. You will find on the ground -floor a living room of 25m2 with fitted kitchen equipped (washing -dishwasher, fridge, oven, micro oven -wave, mixed gas plate -induction. . . . ), a dining area and a wood stove, an independent living room of 12m2 ( Wi -Fi, TV, DVD player, mini Hi-channel -fi), a bathroom (shower, sink and toilet). Upstairs you will have two beautiful rooms of 12 m2 each with two beds (90 x 190) that can be combined into a king size bed of 180 x 190 (prevent the owners of the configuration you wish before your arrival), a smaller room with a single bed of 90 x 200, a bathroom (bath, sink and toilet). For your convenience, we can provide you with the bedlinen and make the beds made before your arrival (10€/bed) and towels (5€/person). Kitchen towels are provided. Outside: the land is completely enclosed (sliding gate and lockable gate) of 650 m2 with gravel courtyard, lawn, a wooden terrace facing south of 18 m2, a staircase with outside access to the roof terrace, a clothes rack, a garden shed, lounge and garden table, deckchairs, barbecue. The roof terrace facing south (21m2) is arranged for extended summer around the 2nd garden furniture. In the garage (21 m2) you will find the washing machine, dryer, freezer and bicycles available (4 adults 26 inches of different sizes, 2 teenagers). You can park your car safely if you store your bicycles in the garden shed. Baby equipment on request (high chair, umbrella bed, bathtub, pot, baby bicycle trailer).
