Tenants are welcomed on Saturdays from 4pm to 9pm. To help us organise your arrival, we would be grateful if you could text us your estimated time of arrival on the day of your departure, and then call us on our mobile phone 15 minutes before your arrival. This will enable us to welcome you in the best possible conditions. When you arrive, we'll show you around the house and explain the facilities and how the accommodation works. We will then be available throughout your stay to answer your questions and advise you if necessary. A detailed welcome booklet will also be made available to you to help you settle in and make the most of your stay.
