This spacious wooden house (approx. 100m²) has, on the ground floor * a living room facing the terrace, with a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen * an office, ideal for teleworking if required * a master bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and en-suite shower room and WC * a wood-burning stove in the living room for winter evenings (wood provided) Upstairs you'll find * a sitting area and library with books for adults and children, and board games * a 2nd independent bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm) * a 3rd separate bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm) + a cot and changing table * bathroom with double washbasin and bathtub. Outside, you have a garden planted with trees, fenced and with terraces (covered and uncovered to enjoy in any weather!). There is also a barbecue. Bikes, boards, etc. can be stored in the garage. For your convenience, you also have a private washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as internet access (fibre) included. If you wish, you can reserve sheets, towels, household linen, etc. for a fixed price of €60. Please do not hesitate to contact us for further information.

We live in Grâces, 25 km from Tréguidel. I retired in 2021, but my wife Bridget is still working nearby in Guingamp. We bought this wooden house (in 2020) because we find it very charming; we can enjoy it at weekends when the fine weather arrives because it's quiet and close to the sea. In winter we can enjoy the wood-burning stove and entertain our 4 children and 6 grandchildren, because the house is big enough. We've decided to share it with you and rent it out all year round. We like to talk to you and advise you on visits, activities and restaurants to discover in our beautiful region.
