A 5-minute walk takes you to this large sandy beach, popular with families and surfers. The beach is supervised in season. Children and teenagers will love the entertainment on offer throughout the summer (beach football, volleyball, etc.). Nearby, you'll find 3 restaurants (crêperie, moulerie, pizzeria) and takeaways (drinks, snacks, crêpes, etc.). You'll be ideally situated for exploring the Côte de Granit Rose and the Trégor: Ploumanac'h, Perros-Guirec (and the departure point for the shuttle buses to discover the Sept-Iles archipelago!), the medieval towns of La Roche-Derrien and Tréguier, and the châteaux of La Roche-Jagu, Tonquédec and Kergrist are all between 15 and 30 minutes away by car. The island of Bréhat is just a little further ... When it comes to nature, you couldn't be better placed! The GR34 customs path passes in front of the beach, and the Marais de Trestel lies between the beach and the house. Numerous hiking trails will enable you to discover the magnificent coastline and its hinterland. Practicalities? The village and its shops (supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, butcher's, post office, media library) are a 5-minute drive away. Supermarket 5 minutes' drive away (Penvénan). Lannion station is 25 minutes away, with TGV services to Guingamp, Rennes and Paris. The house: The mattresses, bedding and heating are from June 2021. Ground floor: - Living room (17m²): sofa, coffee table, 2 armchairs, TV, internet via box and WiFi, dining table, - Kitchen (7m²): fridge with freezer, microwave, mini-oven, 4 hotplates, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, - Shower room (3m²): shower, washbasin and toilet. First floor: - Master bedroom on mezzanine (17m²): balcony with a sea view over the beach and the 7 Islands archipelago, 1 double bed (140x190, pillows and duvet provided), storage space, - Second bedroom (10m², overlooking the master bedroom): 2 single beds (90x190, pillows and duvet provided), storage space. Garden (320m²) : - Pleasant enclosed garden with trees all around the house, - Terrace, garden tables and chairs, parasol, 2 deckchairs and barbecue. Wise dogs are accepted on request (1 dog per stay, excluding category 1 and 2 dogs), although access to the beach at Trestel and Royau is forbidden in summer. We hope you will clean up after your dog and remove any droppings from the lawn before you leave. Our cat friends are unfortunately not welcome. Sheets, towels, baby equipment and cleaning are optional on request. Electric heating and electricity are included in the rental price up to 56kW per week.
