Description

This seaside villa called "Le Mistral" is typical of the Corniche Vendéenne. It is an integral part of the local landscape of Saint Gilles Croix de Vie. Situated opposite Boisvinet beach and its sailing club, close to the shops and the Croix de Vie market, you can do everything on foot or by bike. The property has been renovated while retaining its charm and authenticity. The large living room offers magnificent ocean views, as do the 2 bedrooms upstairs. The kitchen is separate and well-equipped. A master bedroom and shower room are located on the ground floor. Upstairs, 2 of the 3 bedrooms are more suitable for children. A space at the front of the house has been created, out of sight, for meals with family or friends. Parking for one vehicle is available on the property, but is limited to small vehicles (Réf Le Mistral). MENAGE + CONCIERGERIE PACKAGE included: - Beds made before your arrival, - Bathroom linen provided, - Final cleaning.
