This very spacious house is the ideal place to spend a holiday with family or friends in the Pays des Abers, less than 5 minutes from the beaches and shops. local shops 5 minutes' walk away Nearest beach about 15 minutes' walk away (800m) House (semi-detached, not overlooked) for 5 people: Ground floor: fitted kitchen (combined freezer, dishwasher, oven and microwave), living room with sofa bed for 1 person, utility room, separate WC. First floor: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160cm) and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm). Bathroom, separate WC. Facilities and services: TV, Wifi internet, washing machine, bed linen provided, beds made on arrival, baby cot (on request) animals accepted on request and with the owner's agreement only (one small dog) no cats Outside : Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, enclosed private garden and car park.
