Description

Situated at the foot of the Locronan mountain, the Gîte de Lopéau welcomes you to a peaceful, leafy setting ideally placed for visiting Finistère. You'll be less than 15 minutes from Quimper and its long sandy beaches. The heated indoor swimming pool (open from May to September) and the SPA (open all year round) will help you relax to the full. There are plenty of places to visit in the surrounding area, including the picturesque town of Locronan, the city of Quimper with its historical and cultural heritage, the Monts d'Arrée and its hiking trails, the Crozon peninsula and its wild coastline, and the bays of Audierne and Douarnenez... Semi-detached house for 8 people : Ground floor: fitted kitchen (dishwasher, combined freezer and oven, microwave, etc.), living room, utility room. First floor: 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed (140cm) and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds (90cm). 2 bathrooms with hydromassage shower and WC. Facilities and services: Washing machine, tumble dryer, TV, Wifi Internet, DVD player. Bed linen and towels provided, beds made on arrival, cot and equipment on request. Outside: terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, swing, covered swimming pool and spa shared with another rental; enclosed garden and private car park.
