Description

Furnished gîte located in the centre of Saint Denis, 15 minutes from the airport. This 2-person gite has a lovely terrace where you can enjoy an aperitif after a day at the beach. The double bed will be made up on arrival so that you can make the most of your stay. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, microwave, fridge and washing machine. A small sitting area awaits you with a television. Wifi For 2 extra people, an independent bedroom/studio. You are 5 minutes from the town centre and shops and 15 minutes from the airport. Saint Denis, the capital of Reunion Island, is a city not to be missed for its history and museums (Museum of Natural History, the Museum of True Brotherhood, the Léon Dierx Museum, the Artothèque). You can stroll through the streets and sample our traditional local cuisine. You can choose between curry, rougail saucisse, Reunion bouchons and the famous samoussas. You'll be amazed by the local markets. Some must-sees Rue de Paris, Le Barachois, Jardin de l'Etat, Parc de la Trinité, Jardin de la vallée Heureuse. The municipal swimming pool is just a short walk from the gîte. For nature lovers, the island offers magnificent walks and magnificent viewpoints (Maniquet waterfall, La Roche écrite). And what about the magnificent Piton de la Fournaise or Mafate. An island to discover without delay.
