Stay in this holiday home, "L’Océane," fully renovated with taste, offering all the comfort needed for a pleasant stay. Ideally located by the sea, you will enjoy direct access to the Cabane beach from the garden, through the dunes. The house is situated between the shops of the Épine village and the Morin port, about 1 km away. It features a living area with a fitted and equipped kitchen open to the living/dining room with a quality convertible sofa bed (140 cm), a bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a bedroom with two 90 cm beds, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. You will enjoy a terrace with garden furniture at the front of the house and a sandy pine garden at the back, with a sea view from there. Sheets and towels are available on request (for an additional fee). Bicycles are also available on request (at no extra charge). You can also book another house, "La Saline," which can accommodate 4 people at the same time, allowing for up to 10 people in total. For weekends from Friday evening to Sunday evening, we offer a flat rate of € 350.
